How can I track my order?

What is Alkaram's return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unwashed items with original tags intact. Please note that sale items and customized stitched suits are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Alkaram ships globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at the checkout page.
How should I care for my unstitched fabric?
To maintain the longevity of our fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water or professional dry cleaning. Avoid using bleach and always iron on a moderate heat setting.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
