At Alkaram, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Alkaram account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your provided address within 48-72 hours to collect the parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
